The Lexington plan is a 2 story Modern Farmhouse style house plan. It's exterior is highlighted by board and batten siding and a beautiful wood garage door. An inviting front covered porch welcomes you into the front entry.
Just inside the front door, you'll find yourself in a 2 story entryway. Immediately to the right of the entry lies a stunning formal living room that lies under a decorative ceiling with exposed beams. The living room is warmed by a fireplace that is flanked by built-in bookshelves.
Farther into the home, a large office is situated next to the great room and provides a great place to work from home. The great room lies under a magnificent 2 story ceiling that features a grid of exposed beams. The great room is also warmed by a fireplace that is flanked by built-in bookshelves. A large sliding glass door leads to the covered patio with an outdoor kitchen.
The home's massive kitchen includes a large working island with a snack bar and a walk-in pantry. A walkway leads from the kitchen to the formal dining room with a built-in buffet. A decorative ceiling with exposed beams gives the dining room an elegant look.
On the second floor, you'll find all 4 bedrooms. The master suite is a homeowner's dream. A balcony from the master bedroom overlooks the great room below. The master bathroom features his/her vanities, a soaking tub, an enclosed toilet area, and his/her closets.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have their own walk-in closet and share a bathroom. Bedroom 2 has its own walk-in closet and also has access to its own bathroom.
