Some of our plans are available for instant download. Depending on the options chosen and the plan you are purchasing, your plan could take between 1-3 business days for us to complete.

Our plans are designed for our local municipality. You will need to check with your local municipality to verify that the plans you purchase will meet your local building codes. If you need changes made to the plans to meet those codes, we can alter the plans for you. Contact us at sales@advancedhouseplans.com for more information.

Some municipalities require that a licensed architect or engineer review and stamp the plans. If so, you'll need to find a local professional to help you.

The fee includes the preparation of structural calculations and drawings for the permitting and construction of the above referenced project. This fee includes the review of shop drawings, response to plans check comments, and the response to field RFI’s. This fee excludes miscellaneous steel elements such as stairs, handrails, ladders, awnings, etc. This fee also excludes site structures such as retaining walls, trash enclosures, signs, fences, bollards, or other civil site improvements. If necessary, a proposal for the excluded items or any additional services will be provided upon request.

For site visits or contractor consultations, resulting from design changes or contractor error, we propose to invoice these services on an hourly basis in accordance with the attached fee schedule.

The pre-made material list option that is available on some plans only covers the base plan. Options such as foundation changes, exterior wall changes, etc. will not be reflected in the material list.

Due to our sales being delivered as digital downloads, we have no way of determining whether copies were made, therefore we do not offer refunds or returns on any plan sales. Thank you for your understanding.
