When can I expect my plans?
Some of our plans are available for instant download. Depending on the options
chosen
and the plan you
are purchasing, your plan could take between 1-3 business days for us to
complete.
Building Codes
Our plans are designed for our local municipality. You will need to check with
your
local municipality
to verify that the plans you purchase will meet your local building codes. If
you
need
changes made to
the plans to meet those codes, we can alter the plans for you. Contact us at

Engineering
Some municipalities require that a licensed architect or engineer review and
stamp
the
plans. If so, you'll need to find a local professional to help you.
Site Plans
Material Lists
The pre-made material list option that is available on some plans only covers
the
base
plan. Options such as foundation changes, exterior wall changes, etc. will not
be
reflected in the material list.
Plan Refunds
Due to our sales being delivered as digital downloads, we have no way of
determining
whether copies were made, therefore we do not offer refunds or returns on any
plan
sales. Thank you for your understanding.
