Custom Home Design Process

The Contract Phase

• Meet with Advanced House Plans and provide all of your ideas to the designer
• We will write a contract for your review and approval
• Pay the first half of the project down (if applicable)

The Prelim Phase

• You will receive concept plans and elevations
• You will have a chance to go over the designs with your designer
• We will verify that the plan will fit on your build site

The Design Phase

• You will receive your mostly finished plans for a final review
• You will have a chance to go over the plans with your designer
• After this review, no more changes can be made to the plans

The Construction Document Stage

• Final payment is required before finalized plans are sent
• You will receive your finalized plans
• If you purchased 3D renderings, they will be created during this phase
