House plans are non-refundable once delivered. This is standard practice across the industry because a plan — unlike a physical product — can be duplicated and kept after a return. We take significant time and care to draw every plan, and our pricing reflects that work.
Before you purchase
Because plans aren't refundable, please take your time before ordering.
- Read the plan details and specifications carefully.
- Look at every floor and elevation in the gallery.
- Confirm the square footage, bedroom count, and garage configuration match your needs.
- Check your local building codes — if major modifications are needed, contact us first for a modification quote rather than buying and returning.

Limited exceptions
In rare circumstances — a duplicate order, a shipment that was lost by the carrier, or a manufacturing defect on a printed set — we'll resolve the situation at no cost to you. Reach out within 30 days of purchase so we can investigate and make it right.
