The St. George plan is a southern style house plan with a jaw dropping exterior. This plan boasts 4311 square feet, 5 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms. Walking into the house through the covered porch brings you to a gorgeous two-story entryway and a beautiful staircase.
On the main level, you can find a separate dining room, a separate living room, a great room with a built-in fireplace and shelves, an additional dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a large island, plenty of counter space, a walk-in pantry, as well as access to the four-car garage through the mudroom.
The master bedroom can also be found on the main level, complete with a large private bathroom, separated sinks, a soaking tub, separate shower and toilet areas, access to the laundry room, and a spacious walk-in closet.
Head upstairs to find the rest of the bedrooms as well as a family room and small office area. Bedrooms 4 and 5 have private bathrooms, while bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Hollywood bath. Each bedroom has their own walk-in closet, as well as access to a hallway washer and dryer unit.
