Reverse
Minden only has one overhead door but is large enough to meet the requirements of a 4 car garage. It is on a slab with 16' high walls. The space is perfect for a basketball court but works just as well as a workshop where tall spaces are required. The plan has clerestory windows all around to let in plenty of daylight. A covered porch is attached to escape from the weather, rain or shine.
