Plan Description

The Tarragona plan is a cute, but bold pool house. The wood accents and stucco siding give this structure such an inviting feel. From the round arches to the Bermuda shutters, you'll never want to leave this backyard oasis.

There is a shallow covered porch on the front to hide away from the mid-day sun. With large bifold glass doors on the front, you can open them up to bring the outside, in! Once inside, you will find a large island equipped with a sink. The rear wall is a great place for a tv or art, along with double under-counter refrigerators to keep your beverages cool.

Accessed from the interior and exterior is a bathroom with a bench & hook space for your belongings. This pool house also has room for that "always needed" storage space. Everything you need to enjoy a hot summer day by the pool is here in the Tarragona plan.
