Plan Description

The Rhinebeck is a cute, 2-Story house plan with so much character on the exterior. The steep pitch roof along with the curved porch roof gives this home so much curb appeal.  The mixture of the different textures and colors really bring this home to life.

On the inside, the entry greets you with a bench & hook drop zone. Stepping further inside is the 2 story staircase that opens to multiple windows on the front. There is a flex room at the front of the home that could be used as a third bedroom, a sewing room, an exercise room, or any other room that you feel necessary. The kitchen, great room, and dining room are all open to each other making this a great place to socialize. The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and island.

Heading upstairs you will find a master bedroom that has it's own bath and large walk-in closet. Across the hall is a large laundry room and the second bedroom. This bedroom also has a walk-in closet and a bath that is accessed from the hallway.
