Bryant Park

The Bryant Park is a beautiful Cottage style ranch house plan. The wonderful exterior combines stucco siding and stone to give the house a cozy facade.

Upon entering the home through the front covered porch, you'll find yourself in the entry. To the left of the entry, a formal dining room connects to the kitchen through a mud room. The home's kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, large island with a snack ledge, and access to an amazing side covered porch.

The great room and dining room lie under a 10' tall trayed ceiling. The great room is warmed by a fireplace that is flanked by built-in bookshelves. The dinette leads to the rear covered patio through a triple sliding glass door.

All of the home's bedrooms can be found on the left side of the home. The master bedroom lies under a 10' trayed ceiling with beams. The master bathroom includes his/her vanities, an enclosed toilet area, and a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a conveniently located hall bathroom.
