The Richter plan is an affordable, craftsman style house plan. The exterior showcases mixed siding, stone, wood accents, wood garage doors, and a front covered porch. Just inside the home, you'll find yourself in a formal entryway. Just to the left of the entry, there are 2 bedrooms and a convenient hall bathroom. Further, into the home, the great room lies under a trayed ceiling and is warmed by a fireplace. The kitchen includes an island and a reach-in pantry.
On the right side of the home, the massive master suite includes dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.
The oversized 3-car garage accesses the home through a convenient mudroom with a catch-all, bench, and lockers.
