The Monte pool house is a large covered patio with tons of character. The tall ceiling is exposed rafters wrapped in cedar. The mix of stone and wood really bring this gazebo to life.
Inside you will find tall ceilings with a large open sitting area and a fireplace. This pool house includes a bathroom and a storage room. On the right side is a built-in grill and buffet. There is a sink and under-counter refrigerator to keep your beverages cool on those hot summer days.
As always any Advanced House Plans home plan can be customized to fit your needs with our alteration department. Whether you need to add another garage stall, change the front elevation, stretch the home larger or just make the home plan more affordable for your budget we can do that and more for you at AHP.
