Plan Description

Step into this Craftsman home to be blown away at the combination of light and dark in the space. After seeing the dark exterior and stepping onto the covered porch, one is welcomed into a beautiful entryway with a traditional mudroom to catch all on the left. Continuing forward, you step into an open area including the kitchen, great room, and dining room. Across from the dining room is a covered patio to enjoy time outside after a meal.

After heading back inside, you can find yourself in the master bedroom, which provides a large area to relax in after a long day. A soaking tub as well as double vanities in the bathroom allows for comfort and space while sharing a luxurious room.

This plan also offers a guest bedroom, perfect for kids or visitors. There is an additional pocket office to have a desk and area for work or crafts.
