Plan Description
Bryson Hill is a bold yet welcoming 1.5-story barndominium that blends modern comfort with timeless barn-inspired character.
From the outside, Bryson Hill makes a statement with crisp board-and-batten siding and sleek metal roofing wrapped around a modern interpretation of the classic barn roofline. A covered front porch sets the tone—inviting, practical, and perfectly suited for everyday living.
Step inside to an entry designed for real life, complete with a built-in bench, hooks, and a coat closet. Just beyond, the home opens into a stunning open-concept great room, dining area, and kitchen crowned by soaring two-story cathedral ceilings. A large commercial-style glass window at the front floods the space with natural light, while a striking floating fireplace positioned in front of the glass creates a dramatic focal point without sacrificing light or views.
The kitchen is both beautiful and functional, anchored by a walk-in pantry and a cozy nook with a built-in banquette—ideal for casual meals, coffee mornings, or extra seating when entertaining.
Thoughtful separation of spaces makes the layout feel both open and private. To the left of the main living area, a half bath sits across from a charming home office. To the right, bedrooms two and three share a full bath, perfect for family or guests. A separate hall leads to the private primary suite, with a conveniently placed laundry room directly across the hall.
Another dedicated hallway connects to a covered patio and the expansive 4-car garage. Just inside, a mudroom with bench and hooks keeps daily clutter in check and makes coming and going effortless.
Upstairs, Bryson Hill continues to impress with two loft spaces—one overlooking the main living area—along with a storage room, an additional laundry room, two more bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The second level offers flexibility for guests, teens, hobbies, or work-from-home needs.
Bryson Hill delivers the perfect balance of modern barndominium style, smart functionality, and warm livability—designed to feel impressive the moment you arrive and comfortable for years to come.
