Plan Description

The Blue Ridge barndominium plan is a 1706 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom plan with a uniquely stunning curb appeal. The mixtures of metal, wood, and stone add a luxurious aspect to this barndominium that’s hard to miss.

Both sides of the home have a massive covered patio, and walking inside either area welcomes you into a large open-concept area. The great room with built-in fireplace, dining area, and kitchen with a spacious walk-in pantry and kitchen island are all seen as you walk right in.

The master bedroom can be found on the right side of the home, with a large bathroom including double vanities and separate toilet/shower areas, as well as a large walk-in closet with built-in shoe storage.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be found near the four-car garage, both sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom just across the hall from a guest bathroom and laundry room.
